We will try our best to accommodate your child in another class offering based on available spots. Note to Parents and Caregivers At Read Play Love, we recognize that accidents and unforeseen situations can occur during children's activities. As children engage in various play and learning experiences, physical and emotional challenges may arise. We all know incidents can happen: Children jostle each other, fall down, even land on each other. They spill things, get their clothes dirty and sometimes skin their knees and elbows. Some kids push, hit, kick, punch or may even scratch or bite their playmates while working through their emotions. Feelings also can get hurt without any physical harm. Even reading can become a “contact sport” when children are vying for attention. Despite careful supervision and the best intentions, children can sometimes act unpredictably, and occasional incidents may happen, resulting in these types of physical or emotional harm. By enrolling your child in Read Play Love programs, you acknowledge that such incidents may occur as part of the natural course of childhood development and agree you will not to hold Read Play Love, and its employees and volunteers, responsible for any negligence that might result in such physical harm, emotional distress, or damage to your child’s belongings. Additionally, if your child causes harm to another participant, you agree to take responsibility and hold Read Play Love harmless. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a positive and safe experience for all children. By enrolling in the program, you acknowledge and agree to these policies. Thank you for your understanding!
